Surveying

Our surveyors are skilled in the tasks needed at the start of any project: boundary surveys, topographic surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, GPS/GIS, and other data collection. Once the design and architectural plans are complete, our crews bring extensive construction staking experience to support our clients' project managers and superintendents. We stay current with survey technology. We use a robotic total station for topographic surveys and construction staking, upgraded TDS data collector software, and Revit for Building Information Modeling (BIM) design services.

    Partner / President

    Nick has been with Peterman Associates since 1979 and became Partner and President in 1995. He has 46 years of experience and supervises the Surveying Department and all survey-related operations. His field experience and leadership help the firm complete projects efficiently and on time. Nick is a member of the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio and the Ohio Contractors Association.

    A 133-acre medical development with more than 2,890 feet of street improvements. We designed the pavement, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and waterline. Storm water is managed by eight interconnected retention ponds of various sizes.
